Tight or loose TC4 DIFF

When oval racing should my diff's be tight or loose? I am racing on a short track.

locker in the front, loose rear, actually nice and smooth diff, i think i tighten mine down and back the screw off about 1/2 turn or so, you shouldnt be able to turn the gear while holding the outdrives. smooth is the key
