Default 1/5th scale on-road shock set-up?

Hello all, do any of you have a 1/5th shock set up guide? I need a starting point as to which springs and which shock oil to start with. I'm trying to set up a H.A.R.M XS-3SC for the new racing season. Any info would be great.

Take Care,
Cheers, Patrick

a good starting point would be 7000w front, and 4000w in the rear......

and go from there possibly 3000 rear for more rear grip if not to rolly......

and 8000 up front or stiffer springs up front to get rid of some steering if needed...
