All of these cars started out as RC10GT's or B2 B3 and B4 buggies. Most of a sprint car is B4 parts. They are a huge amount of fun. Especially since its indoors and we've raced every weekend this month and none of the outdoor tracks have gotten to run once. The track in Waco is really nice. The owners have been into 1:1 oval racing so they know how to prep the track etc. The place has a huge indoor pit area, snack bar, hobby shop and of course the 'dancehall'

I started doing the videos a few months ago. First it was a camera on a tripod in one of the corners. Then one night my car went out early and I picked up the cam and tried to follow the cars around. It was pretty easy to do and I worked out a method for videoing a race so I get some footage of everyones car. It takes some work to get the slo-mo right. Deinterlacing the video takes 3-4 hours per race. I edit a bunch of them and let them render overnight. The racers love it because they can see how the car is behaving going through the corners. And we have a nice discussion of everything on rcfiles.com and texasdirtoval.com as I release the videos during the week. The videos I've put up over the last couple of months have gotten 12000 hits so far. I can't turn marshall or help work on the track due to my disabilities so I do the video instead. Glad you liked them.
