Thank you.
Thats looks good to me. I may start even a little lower.
I'll let you know how it goes.

Here is an excellent setup for the Corally 10X. The car was absolutely hooked up and it was nearly impossible to get the rear end to break loose. If anything, I would like to have gone harder on the damper syrup or soften the shock spring by one rate. This was the most predictable, stable and dialed I have had the car on asphalt.

Phil,
Nice to see that you are out and running again. I'll pass this set up on to another racer with a 10X and see if it helps as well. They are all chasing my I-Fource set up for 235mm this year. Having fun running as fast or faster than the nitro touring on a 190' x 90' track and only have a 10.5 in the car!!
Set up is similar to Mick's but I'm only running 3200 Orion cells, so I don't have to space up the deck. I have the geometry working very well, so don't want to change.
Hey do you have any Corally Gold Star front left?? They have the H,M,S but not the std gold stars any more.
Mark

The bursting family keeps me hopping these days, that's for sure! At least my three year old daughter knows the difference between a spur and a pinion, not to mention that she doesn't like those dirty, stinky, noisy nitro cars - hilarious.
Sorry - no Golds around these days. I actually find that the Goldstar holds traction a bit longer, though.
Yeah - chasing a Darkside setup is about as elusive as a Darkside chasing a Corally setup LOL. Mick and I pit together and we discuss everything and pretty much conclude that they are different beasts - period. We use different tire combos, different front springs, different bodies, different dampening and oil and on it goes. Interesting what the different chassis like in that regard. Too much difference in the mechanical advantages and disadvantages of either, IMO.
We are fortunate in our club to have three current/past Pro-10 champs and each one rides a different chassis. In addition to the Corally and Darkside, the other fellow presently runs the CRC Gen 10X and his car just gets faster each heat as the traction goes up. His title was with an old Associated car a few years back, though. In the end, though, we all share the setup info to try to get the driving where it is tight. Now it seems that speedo software and the various iterations thereof are making a difference. The fun never stops, does it?
Have fun at the track. I dream of a 190 foot straight!!
Hi guys, here's a question for you! Does anyone know if you get US type hubs/wheels or Corally's own hubs/wheels with a SP10V kit?? I have a brand new 10V winging it's way to me from the factory in Holland but don't know if all my US wheels are going to fit it! I did have a SP10 many years ago and that had US style hubs, but after looking for pictures of the 10V, all's I can find is 10V's with Corally's own wheels! If anyone knows, could you let me know please?! Cheers guys, Chris.
You should be ok, as the S4 wheels fit the standard US hubs on the CRC, IRS hubs. Hub should be the same as the C10X it replaced which also used this same rim. You'd have to go back to the SP10 when they used the similar rim as the 1/12 scale car up till the 12X.

Here are some pictures of round 2 of the Dutch championships of last weekend in Heemstede.
We had 7 drivers in Pro10-10,5 and 13 in Pro10-mod.
I took pole and won 1 final in 10.5, but got 2nd place because the other guy with one win and a second place had the fastest lap. http://picasaweb.google.nl/1RichardA...75309408590018
Nice one mate. I have quite a few sets of tyres from my Pro10 days 'back in the day' and I am glad that I can use them!! Oh, and I found out yesterday that our local shop/club/track should have it's brand new outdoor on-road track finished this week, just in time for the Pro10 to arrive!!
Focusing now on touring so if world gt gets up and running in the future I will consider getting back to pan cars, until than I am out.
Don't give up! I will be at West Coast RC in about a month with my Yokomo YRX-2000P. I just need to purchase a few items to get back-up and running. I think Thirdplace (Richard) will be joining the class since he asked about set-up.
Went there today. Run My L2 17.5 Lipo. The place is nice. The track really nice. Run 4 batterys. Got around the track preety good. Very fun lay out.
If we can get 3 guys there will run us.
I saw the hole in the wall from espresso. Down the far end of the straight away. I would say adout 5ft up the wall. WOW!
Todd let me know when you will be there . And I'll try to be there also.

Started a little lower. Then went up to the 2.50 roll-out plus one.
But think I can still go one or two more teeth higher. That was a very good starting point.
