The corally C10X is not discontinued, but "on demand".
In other words, when there's enough demand, they'll make a new run of cars. Parts should be no problem.
I may need you to get the parts for us if needed. I raced with Jeff Brown with Corally USA back in Feburary and even had dinner one nite. We talked about the parts that I had purchased (60-70% of thier stock) and about purchasing the balance. So it may be that they do not want to stock much in the USA.
Hi everyone, I recently pulled out my old pan car and thought it would be a fun project to get it running again. In my search for info on current pan goings-on (which I have discovered isn't much) I stumbled over this forum. Googling my chassis resulted in no results, and no one at the other RC forum has guessed the name of the car....I knew it was obscure but not THAT obscure so I figured I would give you fellas a crack at it. Winning answer gets a cookie and the prize will be available until I finish my box of Chunky Chips Ahoys Here's the clues: 1990-ish chassis designed and built in the US by a small company that is no longer in existence. To my knowledge this is the only kit they ever produced, although it is possible there may have been a 1/12 based on this design. Good luck!

It's a Lazer-Lite. Come on, give me something a bit more difficult than that.

Holy Shadow 2+2 Batman! First guess nailed it! I never ran anything but oval with it back in the day, but I think I will refurbish it in onroad trim...are there any currently available parts that would work on this dinosaur?

Other than electrics, bodies ,and misc. stuff like bearings and tires, I don't see anything modern and/or readily available that would cross over. It does not even appear to have the proper bolt holes for the updated AE front end.

That's pretty much what I figured...T-plate and front end pieces being the main concern. I won't be doing any competitive racing with it, but it would be fun to take it out to the track and run a few laps in front of the TC guys...I'd also hate to break anything as the car does have sentimental value. Guess I'll keep an eye out for a 10L2 on the 'bay, or if anybody wants to get rid of one I have a XXXT Matt Francis 2 with 2 race days on it I would trade (got hooked on 1/8 buggy and haven't touched it since lol). Thanks for the info so far and if anyone else has any input please feel free to chime in. Cheers!

DPowell or Darkside could probably cut you some workable T-bars, the front end is the biggest sticking point I can see.
So Ive got a 10L3O coming to me in the mail this week and have a few questions.
Are you guys running mini or standard sized servos?
Where are you getting tires from?
Ive heard alot of talk that foams wont hook up on dusty outdoor tracks, which is precisely what ill be racing on in a parking lot, would BSR capped tires work better?
Ill probably convert the thing to a wide car at some point but currently I just want to run it narrow in parking lots at the local Hobby Town with the touring cars.
I also will probably go brushless, with 4 cells, whats the most economical system to get? I dont need the best I just need something that works well and doesnt cost a fortune, I will probably run it in my 12th scale as well at some point.

Don't hit anything...
I agree on the T-Bar, PRC would be the better choice as he does a lot of one off stuff (which he has done many times for me) Darkside, makes runs of parts for his cars.
As for the front end, I think I have 2 or 3 sets of front blocks if you really need. Maybe natural, black or purple based on what I had dyed them. Let me know.

Note: im running road course, not oval.
Either servo will work well but many prefer a mini servo for the weight savings. The Futaba 9650 is a dialed servo for pan car.
Dusty parking lots are not a pan car's prefered territory but foams will be better than caps. Try white rears and green fronts. I recommend GRP or TRC for roadcourse foams - any store should be able to get them for you or the ususal mail order suspects carry them as well.
Someone else can answer the brushless question better than I can.
