IMO,no.If your getting into nitro sprint car dirt oval,I would buy an actuall production sprint car chassis,like a custom works,BMS,klein,bulletproof,etc.I would go to your local track and see what the guys are running,and what parts are available.

There are a couple more smaller individuals/companies, but those above are all nitro sprint car companies making race-legal chassis, cages or parts.
Truck-based sprint cars have a VERY limited audience around this country, and are no longer legal to race at most tracks. Australia might be different... You might try dirtoval.com for more nitro and electric sprint car questions. You'll get more and faster feedback there than here.
