Wtb/wtt for an iPhone

I'm wanting to get an iPhone preferably 4 or 3Gs but I'm offering a Losi 8ight 2.0 buggy for an iPhone don hesitate to offer my price range is about 250-400 thanks for looking

I have an iPhone 3GS 8GB Black, looking to downgrade my AT&T service for a cheaper bill, so I'd be willing to part with it for the right price.
