factory racer

i just bought this motor to throw into my savage........i put it in the savage and broke in my first tank at idle......the carb wasnt opened ....it was just at idle......i go and take the motor off to check everytrhing...it seemed fine....i go to set up the electronics and i see taht the carb is sorta stiff...doesnt move smoothly....this causes the servo saver to kick in on the throttle servo....therefore the carb doesnt open up all the way.....i dont no wat to do from here.....its a brand new motor just broken in....and the carb is scrwed....i havent played with anything on it......i dont no wat to do from here......

any help at all would be nice
