I wouldn't want to take anything away from Murnan as he does work wanders with engines and so he could probably do something to fine tune the EMX-WC however for me the motor is plenty quick enough out of the box!

I've seen first hand the box stock .21 Picco's run at The Calif. race this past weekend. All I can say is I need one! Ran well with power to boot.

It's the stability and consistency that really sets the engines apart in my view. The power is more than there too!

Assuming you are using 25% nitro: engines usually come with 0.4-0.5mm of shims. If you check the head clearance with solder or calipers it will be between 0.5-0.6mm.

Can I get some in sight on factory needle settings for the 2013 worlds .21? Any info would be great.

Break-in

LSN 1/2 turn out from flush
HSN 1 turn out from flush

Normal running

LSN flush
HSN 0.5-1 turn in from flush

less combustion surface area = less material heat soak,faster flame front, faster cumbustion burn times with less fuel

Hi Stefan, from your comment I am assuming the Picco motors have also gone back to flat piston.

We are running Reds and prefer the flat over the dome.
