Pretty much nothing fits an MT12 but an MT12. Everything to come after was different. The Mugen X12 was actually the 3rd generation Mugen/Nova 12 (MT12, MR12 then X12).

Default MT

MT piston rod and sleeve fit the cx 12 but sometimes the locating pin needs to be changed. but these parts will not fit the sx series.

I recently examined different engines' crankcases against different sleeves but the inner cuttings in the crankcases around which the sleeves sit in are all different from each other and some sleeves have different length. For sure, my kangaroo's sleeve doesn't fit to my keep on .21. Not to mention the number of ports, but the location of the little notch on top of sleeve in Kangaroo's didn't allow me to set it in the right direction in the crankcase of Keep on.
Maybe some products released in same year share the same crankcase?? Even if so, not sure if sharing sleeves and pistons is possible. For me I just decided not to venture

The CX12 was side exhaust. MT12 sleeve isn't going to work at all.

With some google I did find the partnumber of the P/S set: 08606
This is a standard Novarossi number you can find everywhere.

The CX is a side exhaust and the MT is a rear exhaust, and all internal parts of the 11ml crank series of these use the same parts and part numbers.

o8606 is for the rs model which has a different port timing, trimed piston skirt and an 07601 conrod which is too short and the mt is an 08601 for the piston barrel and 07600 conrod Sorry for the information overload, but some years back novarossi did make an sx, x was suppose to represent side exhaust and on their site their paperwork says side exhaust but in fact it was a rear exhaust, and will take the 08606 parts
