Are the HIPEX pipes available here in the US?

Which exhaust are you looking for?.
Because Hipex is the OEM for pretty much all the exhausts currently available, only Novarossi makes their own exhausts.
Almost all other brands use Hipex exhausts, most of the time they all share the same EFRA number.
So might be easier to get one from Picco, Xceed, XRD or others.

Who makes the RB 2092? I know they source the 2015 from Novarossi so I assume the 2092 is the same, but I can't see it in Novarossi 's product line.

Could be a Mielke, they do produce a lot of the pipes we use.

It's a Hipex product.

Reds have changed the number to 2113. They have them in standard and lightweight TQ edition.

Both with the same number?

Yes they have the same number. Have the pipes on my shelf. Performance is different though between them.
