O.S. xz-r broken crank

I have a O.S. 21 xz-r that just broke the crank in half, right through the oil hole.

Anyone else have this issue?

Broke coming off a corner, not even at high speed....thoughts?

Broke the crank body itself or the crankpin at the rod? Breaking the crank body is quite a feat. How much time do you have on the engine? Fuel? car? air temp?
