I know. I found the MT12 and RB X12 to be faster. The TR I can push on the 30%, but it's not even close to my Rody V12 on 20%..Rody std plug 3 port that is...and it's the slower Rody too.

Hark I used to run at FBF with a budy of mine last year who was running the OS-tr in his R40 against mine with the MT-12 with just minor differences in gearing he would just edge me out on the straight but in the infield I had him beat thanks to the low end power of the MT-12 I've put maybe 15 tnks thru my tz 3port and so far I have to say this engine is a lot faster on the top then both the mt-12 and the TR and still has more then enough low end to shoot the car out of the twistys. I've had no issues keeping up with the RB's and Novas that are out at FBF so far. I still want to get at least another dozen tanks in before I feel the engine is at full race potential and even then it may take another quart beyond that to really loosen up.

also i'm running white lighting 30% with the stock p6 plug

Tower has the OS Speed in stock. I doesn't appear to be the same part # as this one http://www.rcdriver-online.com/index...article=369708 . Not sure what is different? Wait till you see the price!

The part number for the OS Speed you saw in the French article is 11377, which is for the EFRA version.

The part number for the one offered in Tower is 11376, which is for the IFMAR / ROAR version.

In other words the difference is the crankshaft. EFRA limits to 7mm internal passage and no chamfer at the exit, plus the scoop can't be integrated to the passage. IFMAR crank is open to any mods.

Price is absolutely outrageous!!!

I have the EB MOD 3 port and just like two other guys at my track we are all pitting at 4.5 min. none of us can make the whole 5 min. We have a 250 Ft straight that just drinks down the 30% fuel.

All three of us are using differant pipes. I am using the JP pipe, another is using the RD logics turbo3 pipe and one is using the Skyline pipe. All three do very well.

What is a safe max. temp to run the OS at?
