Yes, that's the pipe he's referring to. The T-2080 is a great pipe for the .21 XZ-R and Shimo and Hara both used it also. If you want something other than the O.S. pipe, try the Novarossi 2015. Shimo ran that pipe in Lostallo with good results.

Are there any other pipes that will work decently with the 21xz-r? Thanks Rick for the advice on the Nova pipe.

Those two are the only pipes I either have experience with or have seen used with the engine. I'm sure anything similar to the Nova 2015 will work about the same.

i like how they did away with the springs attaching header to pipe but wondering if that clip hold on tight from impact

On the new T-1060 pipe for the OS Speed 12xz, it does as far as "not disintegrating your car" type hits. It is definitely better than the spring-held pipes for sure.

Does anyone know when the "Speed Tuned" version of the .21 XZ-R
engine will be available ? Or if they are available, who has them
in stock ?

Rc champ in japan has the set with the pipe and just the engine too

my friend helped me to buy it from HK, it is very nice price. but i didn't buy with a pipe. i will use my 2018 of max instead. the os 2080 pipe is too expensive to have.

No pic taken today, what I saw is, 4 transfer ports each side, 1 intake, 1 Ecuador port, black crankshaft with balancing alloy, easy break-in, the TDC is not tight. Low roll center heatsink.
