.12 tc3 engine

whats the best .12 nitro on road engine for a tc3 that is roar legal
and what is the best .12 engine for the tc3 no matter if it is legal or not

best roar legal motors NS-S3 or mugen x-12.
best nonlegal motor anything collari, jp, or rody.

There are actually quite a few legal collari, jp, and rody engines. The most common thing that takes an engine into the non roar legal area is the number of ports. 3-ports is legal, more than that is not legal.
