Most Novarossi sleeves are the same size so if you want to go cheap you even can mount a N21-3T P/S set.
Thanks for your input Roelof & Musti72. The Australian $ is half the euro. DOH! I will try the 35 + 21 nova

the internals of the 35 plus and the Eagle R9 are not inerchangable, the piston/ and sleeve are different even though they are both 9port Nova based..

I heard as well the 35plus21 piston and sleeve set are interchangable with the r9. So I pulled them both apart and they use some of the same parts. The head button, rod, & rear bearing have the same part numbers on them. Both sleeves seem to match up perfect. Both start with the same head shimming. I don't see why it wouldn't work.
I would probally call someone like Murnan Modified to be 100% sure.

Anyone experienses with the new FX21 Eagle Stock series ?

- No black coated hous but still black coated crankshaft
- still ceramic bearings !
- non microcasted piston
- no fancy chanels in the sleeve (9S, the 7S still has them)

Price indication: 2/3 of the price of the normal version.

Just wondering....

What is the jp version of the r1 2008 Kangaroo motor?

I really like this motor for the medium sized track I run at but I may want to give a jp version a try.

Super horsepower 9port motor are over kill on 210x110 track so I was looking for a hopped up version of the r1.

The 9 port stuff also seemed to get much less fuel mileage...but I could have been the way the guys had them tuned.

Thanks
Jamie

Yes I was wondering who had this available. I bet the cost of this motor will be huge though.
