Removing cooling head

Default Removing cooling head

hey guys, have a RB v12 concept here that has flat head screws holding the cooling head on and they are super tight. i am using a Hudy flat head screw driver and the screws dont seem to budge. anyone have any ideas of how to get them out

Remeber : heat is your friend...lol

Just heat up the head with a hair dryer and carefully unscrew them.
I always change the screws in my engines for allen head hex screws in the first disassembly...just my 2 cents...

yape.. thats the way... !

u only have one screw gone or all? If only got one, remove the other 3 then shake the heatsink to create a bit of free play then try remove the screw again!
