Cool

slipped in a win today with my D5R and it was for the first time
at a low temp... came off one heat at 165 41 laps...
leaned it a little got 42 laps in the main... came in at 195
It has taken me 2 months but finally ...besides for one port that didnt match up well.. and being rather hard to tune .. or finding what it wants???
I give this engine..
B+

When is the next production of small block engines going to be?

Also I need a rod and or another D5R or d3r maybe .
any ideas on these?

Guess I run on enough

Am I missing something here?

No clue......

Yes,I have to admit that the D5R's carb is harder to turn. It is because the 6.5mm intake let the usable range become shorter. I thought max 6.0mm intake fit for .12 outlaw engine. I'm testing a 5.4mm venturis for D5R/D3R 's carburetor. It let the engine more easy to adjust(more wide usable range) but less low end punch.

Just send some parts to ProjectZen. Call them directly.

Yeah, Preston of ProjectZen is a dude, have a chat and I'm sure he will sort you out with what you want!

Dino, I'm sitting here with a worn connecting rod from my old JP RS12 motor and a spare rod for my d5r motor, dimensionally they look the same and my vernier verifies this. are they interchangeable?
These cnc sts rods look like jewelry and it weighs less than my old JP rod, I guess if it fits it would be a little hop-up for my JP motor.

Cheers
