Hey, this thread is to discuss the sirio engines. We might be able to help each other with any questions anyone may have. :tire::tire:

All I can say now is that I have a CL7B STI on my truggy and a Kanai 4 on my buggy....:blush:

Has anyone have issue with leaky carb boot slider? I recently purchased CL7B STI and after my local club race I noticed grime around the boot. If anyone had this same issue, what was your fix?

I've just purchased a CL7B sti tuned for my 8ight T. Has anyone had any issues running them in like flaming out or anything like that. If so post what u did to fix it so I know when I go to run in my engine. :D

Also, does anyone have any information on the kanai evo III's as I'm interested in putting one of them in my buggy, but I just wanted to know if anyone has had any problems with them :tire::cool::tire:

I use the STI evo3 in my truggy and it kicks ass, very nice power band

how are you guys running your sirio turbo or non what's the difference.

I have 2 off the motors i run in my losi8buggy

no problems 1 was new and has plenty of power especially low down but still enough top end for me too. Have run about 3-4 gallons through it so far, no issues. run it with a 2013 pipe.

2nd one I have was 2nd hand and i just bought it as it was so so cheap with a 2013 pipe. again no problems and sounds excellent. no idea on fuel its had but still goes well.

thanx for that. I also run a losi 8 buggy and I just wanted to get a new motor for that as well. I was just interested to see what others thought of the kanai evo III and how they went performance wise. Now that I know this I hope to eventually get one (next 6 months)

the zip tie helped alot mang mine was
about 80% less dirty after the zip tie
probably try some sealant on the other
end to see if it helps too

hi everyone i have jusyt bought a sirio clb3 and a 2013 pipe, what are the best turbo plugs to use and how do u all recomend i run the motor in? hope some one can help

hi! dose anyone know what the factory carb settings for the sirio 28 mx sti, this thing is doing my head in trying to tune it! cheers
