Sorry, I did not understand the first question, please clarify.
and for question #2 = The engine is shimmed to run on 30% which makes 6 minutes on a 75cc Fuel Tank. yes plenty of run time.

First tank = Idle (just to break in the con-rod)
Second tank = According to JL himself he said just lean it out! run it at the track, just make sure you have plenty of smoke coming out of the pipe.
Third tank = race tune it, it will be good to go.

I used a heat gun with the head and back plate removed. Once hot enough, I then used a spare (long) body post to push the sleeve through from the back plate while the piston mid way between BDC and TDC. This will avoid any scratches to the sleeve if your hand slips.

I forgot about a heat gun but that worked very easy, I just heated it up and poped it out with a plastic tool.whats the best stuff to cleaned your motor out with ?dentured alcohol?
thanks for your help!

I would not recommend alcohol as I think this could damage the silicone in the crank. (Too much of it) Actually, the engine should be cleaned before you take it apart by covering the intake and exhaust ports. Simple green works great and warm water.

For the internals you could use the fuel itself and a small brush. Remember to lube the bearings, cod ron and other contact surfaces before you assemble it to avoid premature wear when starting it back up.
