I was running my barely broken in Red Dot against a barely broken in Sirio this sunday, both on Kyosho's RRRs and the red dot defenetly has more top end, and the bottom end is just as good. I would say for the price get the red dot. You can get 2 red dots for the price of one Sirio. I do recomend you get the Picco 2607 with the red dot, as it runs best with this pipe.

Wow, aren't Sirios known to be strong in the high RPMs and weaker in the lower RPM range?

I was getting a recommendation from a Kyosho/Sirio driver just this past weekend that the Picco is stronger on the low end but not as strong on the high end though he was saying that you really have to run on a very large track to care about the high-end of the Sirio.

According to dyno the Picco stomps all over the Sirio from idle to top end.... torque advantage is huge to the Picco.....but the Picco needs the 2067 pipe to work correctly...

This is true. I have tested quite a few pipes on the JLR with my X-Dyno and due to its aggressive port timing it really favors the 2607 pipe. Deffinatly the strongest .12 overall of any .12 I have tested as well. And this is coming from a guy that ran strictly Sirio .12s in my cars before the JLR hit the shelves and my dyno

Colt - have you got dyno results that you can share (even if privately if you don't want to take them public)? I'm in the market for a .12 for this coming season and I'm interested in the JLR but would love to see dyno results.

One question about the red dot - longevity? Will it live a long live like sirios, novarossi's, etc.?
