Default Re-Tuning a New Nitro SH.18 On-Road Engine - Help

Hi everyone,
These are the problems I am experiencing:

I need to retune a freshly broken in SH.18 engine as I have lost the carby settings, as I used the carby on another engine.

I put the low speed and high speed needles 2.5 turns out from screwed positions.

When I start it on 2.5 truns out on the high speed needle and 2.5 turns out from the low speed needle the engine starts and revs like crazy. Which makes the car move forward. The servo is set up right and there is only a very little gap on the carby opening. So, why is this happening. I was told maybe my clutch is engaged. I don't know.

Can someone tell me what I need to do so I can have this engine running perfect again?

Cheers
