Default Sirio .21 WCR vs. RB Xenon R

Could anyone give some insight on these two engines? I know they are both Sirio based, but what are the power differences, fuel mileage, durability, etc...

Thanks in advance.

Both of these engines feel similar on the racetrack. The Xenon R may have a slight edge in the torque department. Both get excellent fuel mileage. Both also work great with the 2013 pipe and header.
