you might want to consider using the conical header instead of the standard header. From what i have read on this thread the RBM3 has very good run time which means you can run the conical which gives more power and bottom end response without having to worry about the small amount of run time that is lost from using the conical header.

Uriah,

Forgot to get this info from you. I'm running a T10RC and or an 09 RBM3. What pipe is good and can I get one asap from you if you like the RB2668. I have a 2652 and a 2660 with medium conical header......Let me know your thoughts. Thanks.

Default Turn Around Time

Uriah, thank you thank you and thank you!!!!
Sorry for being so slow in getting my injured motor to you, but you really hooked me up with the very quick turn-around. Not only did you get it back fast , it ran great. Maybe 1 day I will learn how to use all of that HP.

Default 35 Plus Break-in

Hi,

I will receive the Murnan 35 Plus soon. I go thru the web site for break-in procedure, the temp should be around 80-90C for around 2L of fuel.
So, Is it necessary to use break-in fuel (e.g 5%) to break-in the 35 Plus? Or just use 25% from start?
Any special requirement to break-in this 35 plus?
Same as other Novarossi to use C6 plug for break-in and use C7 for run?

I would just stick with the C7 plug that comes in the engine for break in. You can use a 6, but it is not mandatory. The 35+21 takes a while to fully break in. Follow my instructions, and you should be fine.

It is OK to break the engine in on 25% nitro, just keep the engine rich in the beginning of course. To break in the engine on the break in stand, I use 10% nitro, and 16% oil. Then on the track I use regular 25% nitro, with 9% oil fuel that I will race with. The extra oil used on the bench makes the engine run hot, and flame out if you use it on the track.

The C7 comes with engine? I think its C6 =P
By the way, just broke-in beautifully, thanks!
The temperature is not too high and stable around mid 80C to low 90C, very powerful engine I've ever tried!!!
Can I still use the C7 after break-in?

Hi Grinder,

I would like to know the run time of your 35 plus?
I got 4 minutes run time only, should be more?

It can be difficult to make 5 minutes with that engine. It can be done. Try using the Novarossi C8TGH glowplug, with the Novarossi 2015 pipe, and medium non conical manifold.

Default RB 2668 Pipes are back in stock

We received a small shipment of the RB 2668 Pipe sets with header. We also received some headers for that style pipe. Don't delay, they will probably be gone by the end of the week. They work perfect with the RBM3. It's insane how much more power the engine makes with this pipe, and the runtime is still there.
