Head on over to your local motorcyle shop and buy a lifetime supply (one whole pint) of Belray air filter oil - think I've had the same bottle for 15 years - it will thicken up, just rethin with naptha.

I've been using the same pint bottle of K&N for about 15 years! Probably have enough left for another 10!

I just received my Murnan Modified RB R3 and I will be running 25% Tornado fuel. Must I add a 0.1mm shim or to run it stock? From what I know, the engine seems to be built to run on 16% fuel.

Uriah,
Ran the motor that i brought off you at our state titles this weekend along with one other and just thought you would like to know that we both finished in the top 10. Your motors are brilliant and it just seems to be getting faster and faster, cant wait to run the other one.

I just picked up the modified RB R3. Will I need to shim it to run it with 30% Werks fuel? Any suggestions for which plug to run?

Uriah thank you for such a great powerplant

I was very happy with my package this weekend allowing me to set TQ in sedan and lead race until the last three minute mark when I had a commanding lead and came in for a splash, unfortunately I flamed out my fault and causing me to loose the lead...oh well that's racing and it doesn't take away from the fact that there isn't anything Id rather be doing than racing Congrats to all the winners especially to Maxy for a great return to Touring hope you come out to more races

Port Charlotte puts on a great show and I highly recommend for anyone that can make it out you will not be disappointed David Larry, Gary Tuttle and all your help congratz great job.

Hi Grinder
I have a matrix munrnan mod., when do you suggest I should change the main bearing? I've race it only once and it already making a noise like the main bearing is bad. It was fast as hell, it never went more than 215F.
Thanks for your time.

You can send the engine in for me to check. The bearings should last longer than that. Is the top of the piston pitted?

The LL3 engine should start with 4.5 turns out on the bottom needle, and flush on the top needle, usually about 6 turns out.

You should add .3mm of shims to the engine for 25%.
