Hi Mr Uriah,

I had you modify a Picco .12 Red Dot for me last season and I absolutely love the engine and it's performance. This year I upgraded the exhaust system for it and actually bought the pipe that was meant to run with this motor and it got even faster! I was inspecting the motor this last weekend and noticed that there was a pretty good gap between the cooling head and the actual motor case but it was filled with the top of the sleeve. All the bolts are tight as well. Is this the way it has always been and I am just now noticing it or is the sleeve backing out?

Thank you sir and you do some amazing work. You will be touching all of my motors from now on as long as you are willing

Thanks again!
Kyle

I would suggest running about 5 tanks. Starting very rich, gradually leaning to race tune.

They are ready to go, but I suggest the quick breakin to get the internals used to your fuel.

Thanks Kyle. Yes, it is normal to see the entire lip of the sleeve on that engine.

Uriah, which bearing puller do you use for the keep-on motors? I have some older keep-ons i want to replace the rear bearing in and my Hudy puller is having a hard time with the rear bearing. I have the 18 part to put a new one in but the stock puller setup isn't working well to get it out.

Default TQ and 1st place finish at Prairie Land Shootout in Joliet IL.

The Murnan modified ISON GT engine helped me captured the TQ and 1st place finish at the Prairie Land Shootout in Leisure Hours Raceway over the weekend. Thank you Uriah for your fantastic work!!!

I use the KM tool. It's like the hudy. You have to be careful. Find the edge of the bearing with the tool. Then expand the collet. If you stick it all the way in like normal, the collet will expand on the case, damaging it.

Make sure your installers are relieved for front, and rear bearing inner races. If they are flat, your damaging the bearings just by installing them. The inner races on some novarossi bearings stick out past the outer race. The Virtus is one of those.

Yes Uriah is the best! Ran a modded Bonito last year, and need a ISON fast!

Congrats Andy and Mike, that's me in 3rd.

I'm having trouble finding the answer. I have a R3 engine that needs a rod soon. Which Nova will work. Can't cross reference anywhere. tia

Any word on the performance capability of the ISON .12? is it similar to the 353?
