hi Uriah, a racer told me the RB m3 also works well with the 2650 nova pipe ( not sure if this is the right number, but i mean the pipe released prior to the 2660).

do you think this is true or is the rb 2668 with medium header the way to go?

The RB2668 is the best pipe for the RBM3. The Novarossi 2652 is also very good.

Default Incredible

Uriah:

Thanks for the incredible work on my motors. The 35+ was transformed! Not only did it retain the low end perfromance, it was ballistic down the straight and I make time! I can't wait to try the long stroke. Thans a bunch. Come down to race the KO race in CA next month!

i tried the two pipes above (the nova with a medium header) as well as the 2660 with medium header. on the Sydney track (John Grant international raceway), the 2660 was the better pipe. the RB pipe had less top end and less torque out of the corners.

The RB M3 is a great engine. happy with the torque and the top end.

are you sure you can pick the difference,or that it really matters mate.saw you at the NSW state titles last weekend.you qualified dead last & were 6 laps down in a 10 minute heat,im not sure your the sort of person who should be handing out advice on setups & such to people who know no better.

Thomas man brother This Guy has got a point,
Dead last you should be ashamed of yourself.
You have been racing for probably 10 years at Moorebank on and off and you come dead last, at your own track. Your running a Mugen & Murnan Engine, a lethal combination in any decent racers hand and you come ________________ ahhh forget it.
Sorry man we luv you as a brother but if you slowly dissapear into the wilderness never to mislead another RC Tech patron around the world because of this we all will understand.

Haha, yeah it's an unfortunate part of forums.....the serial posters aren't always the experts we might assume they are!!

Ah yes this is a reminder of the DJ Shakespear days, whenever I need a good laugh I refer back to my saved 'Ask DJ Shakespear' thread!!
