Never sucked a wire through the engine, but some were not glowing bright enough (impossible to tune engine) or died after the run (could not start for the next run).
I was thinking that this could also come from using a heat gun to warm up the engine (pointing at the plug), but my buddys use it as well and donīt have issues with the plugs...

I have heard that there was a bad batch of Ultra Novarossi Plugs. I also heard that you could identify them with a gold tip and silver body. While usually ultra plugs are gold tip and black body.

Default Murnan Modified RB M3

I tested a RB M3 this weekend at the 200 IFMAR Worlds track in Porter Texas. I could not find a good balance in the car, but the Horsepower was excellent. I finished eventually finished fourth after having to come to the pits to repair broken rear camber link. I ran almost 3/4 of a gallon through the motor. Without the plug installed, the piston still sticks very tight at the top of the stroke. If you are looking for a high end motor that will last, I believe this is a good selection.

Uriah I drove the rb m3 for the first time thus weekend. And all I have to say is the motor makes stupid power. It makes massive power through out the entire powerband. Bottomend, midrange, and topend power are ballistic this is with out a question the fastest motor on the market. It is also gets great fuel mileage. Thanks for the power Uriah!!!!!!

I need to buy another one.

Default v12 Rody

Grinder: I called you today, trying to have my RB V15 modded. Also wanted to know if you have the Piston/sleeve for my Rody V12, or may know where I can find one.

Thanks,

Default Need advise??

Hey Uriah!!

I need some quick advise. I am running on a small-medium high flowing track with low traction. I am running the rb m3 on 20% fuel with 2652 with medium manifold. Would the short manifold be a better selection? And what effects do the short, and medium manifold have on the powerband? I will be running this weekend with chay blount. It's a little early but I am loving the nt1 I just have to get the off power steering to match my vone rrr evo2 wc and it will be blazing fast!!!!

I always start with the short header on the RBM3, and change if necessary for the track. The longer the manifold will make the engine pull harder out of the corners, but it will not have the same peak rpm, and power as using the short header. Using the long header makes peak HP, and Torque happen earlier than using a shorter header. The short header makes the engine smoother out of the corners, with more peak HP, torque, and rpm.

Default Murnan Modifieds win the 2010 Texas Biggie

I recently attended the 2010 Texas Biggie in Dallas. My second race with the .12 RB M3 Murnan Modified. I used the new RB 2659 pipe and header with Rocket Science 16%. The motor ran flawlessly for the 45 minute main and I won the Texas Biggie! Thanks Uriah for all your support. Your .12 RB M3 rocks!
