Dear All,

Is there a way to remove the engine bearings without heating the engine with heat gun?

Throw it in a toaster oven and set it on the highest temp it can. I say toaster oven because it heats faster and because my wife wont let me use the main kitchen oven .

JP makes tools for removing and installing bearings without any heat. I went through this about a month ago. i got the tools and it was so easy to remove and install both bearings. PDL Racing sells the tools I think PDL.com

Pdlracing.com has the tools the cheapest than anybody out there and all jp products, and yes with those tools you can change them both in no longer than 15min they are pricey but way worth the money. You can call them Mike is a cool guy, you can even send them the engine bare if you dont wanna spend the money and he will dont for a small fee..
