Recommendtions for 1/8 buggy engine sub$200

Just looking for recommendation for a $200 or less 1/8 buggy engine.

Does not have to be "race legal" .21. My buggy will not always see the track for sanctioned racing.

Try STS D21B, they are not even on the 150+ range. or RB S3 works too
both are legal

THE OS VG .21 IS A GOOD BANG FOR THE 140 BUCKS.

The best four motors for under $200 in my opinion are the Werks TLB3, Novarossi R21BF, RB S3, or the OS VG. Those are proven performers and have a great life to them as well.

I had a Werks B3, didn;t impress me at all............. IMO the best sub $200.00 .21 is the STS .21T

Colt4g63 01-19-2007 09:29 AM

The STS 21T or the Novarossi 21B.

wont be sorry with a go tech.. excellent bang for your dollar! the 7 port works real well with the buggys, crazy mid range and top end...
