Im currently running 16% nitro with .40 shim,can anyone tell me wat is the different if i i took off .10 shim to make it total of .30 shim in engine? does it increase the torque of the engine? wat is the best shimming for 25% nitro? thank u

We did pretty good, but we run 8th scale only and of course with our trusted PICCO engines.

Any Oxygen sensor safe silicone gasket from an automotive store will work.

your question: if i i took off .10 shim to make it total of .30 shim in engine? it will increase the Torque of the engine, the best shimming for 25% nitro will be a total of .50mm shims.

can anyone explain to me the NT1 fly wheel collar for this engine? i was told to buy this with the engine...can someone explain why this is needed? i was also told that the Skyline V12 pipe was not compatible with the NT1, is this true? thanks

According to Xray, the NT 1 Flywheel is thinner than most flywheel, that is the reason why Xray have the NT 1 collet specifically made for PICCO engine, just to make sure it tightens correctly, and I don't understand who told you that the Skyline VR 12 pipe is not compatible with the NT 1, I don't see why will it not be compatible, I think who ever told you that will need to explain why he said it is not compatible.

guys ive put on the picco 2607 but im havng problems with the manifold hitting the body. ive grinded down the collar on the back of the manifold to make it better but its still rubbing

has anyone found any other mods to fix this? the engine is on a rrr evo

That is how it is. The manifold is straighter than most others and because of that the manifold is going to rub the body.
