Default Picco P7-R Evo

I just picked up one of these engines yesterday. What are your expirences with this engine? What kind of glow plug would you recommend? Any tuning tips, clutch tips for this engine? What a good pipe for it, etc...thanks.

I'm racing, mostly at the regoinal level. I probably won't even bother breaking this thing in until next spring though, not sure if I'll do the Cyrul full throttle break in with this engine as well.
