Default Engine Idle

General engine question here... Is it normal for the engine to idle up when holding the car with the front end pointing down?

Well in theory, all engines will lean out slightly due to the fuel tank position changing in relation to the carb.
However, none of mine idle up if I tilt them when carrying. Or, I just haven't noticed it.
Perhaps the low end is a bit lean.

typically the clunk is at the back of the tank and fuel goes to the front of the tank when holding the car with the front pointing down....so it leans out=higher idle, mine does it too

try holding the car by the front tower, rear pointing down and see if it still does it
