Word has it that these high performance engines will be very “competitively” priced. What everyone was waiting for high quality cheap racing engines.

Rumour has it that Ninja will be in Partnership with Mugen Seiki. Similar to Kyosho/Sirio. If this is true, where does this leave Novarossi/JP??

They are more than partner, the engine is distributed by Mugen under name Ninja. Maybe in the future there will be Ninja mod by JP or you may call it Super Ninja LOL

actally the Ninja engines will be graded by colours e.g black will be moast powerfull, red next moast powerfull and so on.

This is not shown yet because the is only one engine in each category yet.

Guys from the looks of the website Ace Hardware Hobbies might be carrying these engines as well. I haven't seen a actual item section selection in their engine section but if they are going to carry them they will have one soon. here is the link to their front page article.. http://acehardwarehobbies.com/2.2/catalog/default.php

yup, MugenSeiki will be the official distributor for the ninja engines.
guess they'll be selling it alongside JP engines?

my local Mugen distributor will be bringing in the engines soon.
heard from him that the .21 engines will be arriving first.
esp like the buggy engine wif its "V-Specques' head...
point to note is tt the on road and off road carbs are opp in design.
*2 thumbs up!!!*

if Mario Rossi is confident enuff to put his name on these engines, i'm certain they'll give novarossis, RBs, etc a run for their money

and btw, read in neobuggy that there'll be 3 versions of the engine that is made by GRP...
gold, grey and green head aka falcon, ninja and boss (kinda sound like some characters from an RPG game )

I would like to give the on road 21 a go. But depends on pricing I suppose. Anything Mario Rossi puts his name to would be of high qauility, you would assume.

I do like how the idle screw is not on the bottom of the carbs for the onroad or offroad engines.

interesting that bore & stroke of .21 engines are the same as the currently novarossi ones (designed by Mario Rossi before he left)......

well, like Bon Jovi sings: "It's all the same.......only the names will change......"

INTERESTING DETAIL

Conrod: It is produced with a special advanced technological material, which has allowed the exclusion of any bushings. This gives a greater lightness, leading to a higher acceleration and rotational rate. Moreover, this material has a specific heat resistance at high temperatures of use guaranteeing a minimal deformation.
