Rex from RW Mods does a great job pinching my engines, and he ships worldwide. His name on these forums is 22Racer, it would be best to send him an email at [email protected]

RayAracing.com is the original, the expert, the number 1 guy. Why use 2nd best when you can use the market leader with the most experience, the original.

Ray A Racing is why there is even a engine pinching business. He is simply my and engine builders go to guy. He builds a pinching system people can buy. Rex may be good but I have not used him.

I've been pretty satisfied work RcRenew.com I put the whole engine in a box and ship it. Lance calls me a couple of days later and tells me what it needs, pinches it etc, puts it back together and sends it back. Worldwide shipping no idea, but a phone call or email frm the website should get u the info. I haven't tired the other guys, but I'm sure they're good too. I just really like the idea of not having to take my engine apart to get the p/s/r out to send.

As others have pointed out, stick with people that use Ray's equipment. That means Ray himself or I believe both RW and RCrenew use his stuff as well.

I do not use Ray's equipment, I developed my own. A friend of ours has one of Ray's tools and I just dont feel using an arbor press is accurate enough for me. With mine i can dial in even the smallest adjustment.

The equipment used is only part of it, the years of experience and results provided is what counts.

I have sent scratched up, horrible pistons where engines have had sand get in, and RayA have given them a slight polish and made it work as good as new.

For this reason, I wholeheartedly recommend RayAracing.com as the number 1 in the resize-market. He has the most experience (done it longest) and the most knowhow (understands how to make it work).

Exactly, I think Ray does a great job by what I hear. Not sure how long Ray has been doing it, I have been for 10+ years now.

Sorry, I thought you did for some reason. Sounds interesting though.

I started with just a .21 set from Ray 8 years ago but 2 months later made my own design tooling for 12 to .28 size engines.

I just found a way I think works better to me so I made my own tooling.

But just stick with the guys who you like and you will be good.

It is like giving 5 guys a hammer and material and telling him to build a house. Even if the similar tools, always because of the skill of the guy behind the tools outcomes will differ and one will be better than the others.
