Yes the prices are ridiculously low. And yes it's from China. But they accept MasterCard and Visa, so doesn't the buyer have protection?

They aren't necessarily looking to scam you. They'll scam anyone they can, including CC companies.

If you think there's any way on earth that you will get a Novarossi made engine for $92, just because they let you pay with visa, that's just.. delusional.

Let's look at their business model.
They sell non-existant products.
10 people buy said product.

9 out of those 10 go to the effort and spend the time to re-claim on VISA. 1 of them don't. They've then made $100 doing nothing.

Still a pain in the neck when they slam your card with other charges and spam you to death.

Man I hate to say it but I'm starting to think the Internet needs some type of international monitoring. It's almost like the web is allowing people to steal our money now. The biggest give away is the Lucky 7 engines that have been discountinued for a year but they are listed on that site. This is some scary shit.

Good general rule of thumb for unknown websites is no Paypal, no business.

Ya, it may take a few weeks to get money back through a PP claim, but at least the scammer can't make more fraud charges like a CC number.

I've been buying all kinds of stuff on the internet for years, never had a problem.

If it seems too good to be true......use your brain, it very likely is. Do some research.
