Default Yamalube Fogging oil

Anyone use this as after run oil? I used to 15 or so years ago, before filled cranks. I also use this exclusively in my Yamaha jetski with no averse effects. Is there a test to see if is destructive to the silicone plugs, like saturate a piece of dried rtv or something?

Thanks

That's exactly what I would try...find some fully cured RTV silicone and let it sit in Yamalube over night....another thing to think about is how is it gonna mix with RC fuel when you start your motor back up....Also gotta remember that we've got bronze bushings and ceramic bearings in our little motors so how it will, if at all, affect that stuff is something to think about aswell...

I know my ski has bronze bushings in the supercharger, and orings everywhere, so I think that's safe. I'm going to experiment on some grey rtv this morning. When I used it before there were no issues with the nitro, so I'm not worried there. The bronze "bushings" in the supercharger see 80-90k (yes thousand) rpm, so I'm not worried about rpm type stuff.

5hrs completely saturated in oil with no signs of degradation on the rtv. By completely, I mean submersed! It worked a decade ago, I think it'll be fine now.
