The Cen 7.7 (.5ci) for the Genesis is I believe the largest true car engine, though it uses a chassis specific mount (I believe). The Thunder Tiger EK4 S2 came with a .70ci Heli motor.

Believe it or not, an 1/8 buggy aint too far off the power/weight ratio as a top fuel dragster....if we go by the "my box says mine's faster than your box" specs that is lol

The team associated MGT 8.0 has an 8cc nitro engine, that's the biggest for cars and trucks that I'm aware of.
