I am kinda good, but new, I just noticed I have low-speed adjustment screws on each end of my carb on my HYPER 21, ONE IS LEFT FACING, THE 2ND IS RIGHT FACING EXACT OPPOSITE LOCATION ON CARB/ENDS. why 2? what should they be at when I want to start tuning from scratch? I just got the engine. THANK YOU ALL!!

The one on the carb slide (the bit that the throttle servo attaches to) is the low end needle (LSN - low speed needle).

The other is a mid speed / mid range needle and you never ever touch it
