Do I need 30%?

Do I need 30%?
I am new to RC but am already up to 4 cars. One of the cars I have is a Kyosho MP777 with a Novarossi .21. The orginal Rex engine it came with blew up the conrod. I have since replaced it with another Novarossi .21, used.
I am just looking to bash and play. We have a small track on a friends property but by no means am I "racing" right now. Should I be running 30% in this engine? I only ask because it is a higher end engine. I just want reliability and longevity but dont know if a Rossi engine needs the extra octane.
Not trying to stir up the 20 vs 30 debate that I have seen online.

High end Nova ------ I would ONLY run 30% no matter what race it is....

Here in Denmark, we couldn't get our Plus 4 engines to run on 20% nitro. 25% is the ticket. 30% gives you more power but will reduce the longevity.
