Default WD40 In Carb?

Hey guys, i was wondering if WD40 is okay to spray inside the carb? Is it safe? Can it ruin my engine? I heard people spray WD40 inside the carb to help loosen sticky throttles. Thanks!

its ok to use wd-40 if you are oing to run or re oil the bearings after, wd40 will dry out bearing and seals if left on.

Just don't use WD-40 on silicon-filled cranks.

Pour some nitro down the body of the carb then move the slide back and forth then rinse and repeat. pull back the slide boot and clean that end with a paper towel then pout a lil nitro there and move it back forth until the carb slide moves freely. i have never used nitro cleaner. i think that is for cleaning the outside of engine and car

I just soak my carb parts in nitro fuel. For winter storage I
use a good synthetic engine oil that has rust inhibitors in it.
I flush them out with nitro fuel before I run them again.
