Default need some opinions

i have found out that you can buy a turbocharger for nitro engines now an i was wondering are these bad for the motors an is it worth the money to put it on my motor for more speed or should i just not worry bout an dont mess with it.

For play.... Sure, racing..... Wouldn't waste the money.

Although there are a few (very few) that say they work, they really don't. You would be better off using the money to get your current engine modded.

has anyone seen one of these in operation???

i never have, i see them mounted all the time, but never driving.

buy yourself a bad arsed new modded engine.

when these "super chargers" first came out, a magizine did a write up and dyno pull both with and without the charger....according to the dyno, there was .05% power gain with the charger....but the power bad was very flat and smooth.....



IMO.....don't waist your money on one, they're just something else that could go wrong and for what??.....look into a modded motor from a REPUTABLE modder...not just a weekend grinder with a fancy dremel....you'll be ALOT happier
