Default Cluth bell problem

So i am running the losi clutch set up. i have all the losi parts (fly wheel, shoes, clutch bell, bearings, hardwear) i go to put the clutch bell on and tighten it down then it wont speen freely and it backs the screw out.

How do i fix this? my brothers losi doesnt do this and it has the same set up as mine. im stumped here

you need to add 2 or 3 shims before you slide clutchbell and bearings on, if still wont spin free just add shims untill it spins free when screw is tight.

are you useing the screw and washer from losi? make sure the washer still has the spacer block on the clutch side. after sliding the clutch and bearing on the crank, the crank should be in set about 2mm or so from the front bearing.

Are you using the Losi Collet for the Flywheel? I found out you can't use a normal collet.

yes it is. i am not using the losi collet. i have tried 3 different ones but i guess none was losi. ill try that tomorrow.

so off from the motor this is what it should look like.

collet, flywheel (with clutch nut holding it on), shim, big bearing, clutch bell with little bearing in it, the plastic spacer that the screw goes in, then the screw.

You can use one or two of this washer under the nut.I think the size of the washer is 3.25mm x5mm

If you use that washer it is to space the flywheel out. You dont put it behind the nut. You put it on first then the collet and then the flywheel and then the nut.

No series going on yet. Just Nitro practices. Got a Series starting Feb 5. Check out the nitro thread if you haven't seen it already.

That actually looks to small to be a collet spacer. Looks more like the spacers for the bearings.
