Default Need Help - XTM Engine

Got it in a trade, how do I identify the model? No markings other than XTM on the case or head.

it's most likely a 24.7 They had two different heads, one was larger then the other.

It is not a 24.7. Curious as to why you would say that?

Yeah, was going to do that, will try to get some up soon. Do all the pro engines have a black casing, and the non pro have silver?

Had a 24.7 pro, and looks different then this one.

It's would be hard for me to tell without seeing it the I have seen the 24.7 in black, silver, and blue do you know if it came of a buggy or monster truck

Well, I don't want a best guess. I was hoping there was a way to identify it, whether by number of fins, or some other feature.

I don't need to see a car to tell someone how to identify it, I can tell them what to look for. I don't need to see a radio to tell someone how to determine if it is a 2.4 or am, so I was asking if there is a way to identify XTM engines, which apparently if there is, nobody here knows how. Thanks anyways.

Really? I went to the XTM site, all I pulled was a buggy, but maybe I am missing something. One of the links I found came up with an error. But again, I asked how to distinguish one engine from another since there are NO markings other than it saying XTM, and have yet to get an answer; I didn't ask for pictures.
Thanks for the help
