Bore = 16.27, stroke = 16.80.
...so it's officially a copy of a Novarossi? If an off road version is $500 we'll probably see a Speed version of this engine costing + $700

Glad to hear you like it, Good Luck at the nats champ!!

I bought one from rc model and then I asked a major Japanese shop about it and then said dont buy it, they are having probems with them and the first batch is most proabably going to be recalled

Did they mention what problem was it? I hope this is not true, otherwise...

the first Mega ZX (DSI) also had problems and was recalled, but you know what? I didn't have any problems with the engine...
So, don't immediately jump into conclusions..
But on the other hand, this is what you can expect from a new engine.....

Very true words. Don't knock it unless you've tried it.

Actually it is a car engine. It was for a car Tamiya or Kyosho made, can't remember which.

I think that was an OS LD12, I had that during my Kyosho Super 10 days. Anyhow Tower is selling it for $4++?? I got mine (XZ-R) for half that price.

Mate combine it with a 2015 nova pipe and use the short Header, the thing just exploids out of the corner, and it pulls the tall gears with ease, i used a 17/50-21/46 gearing and the engine just pulled all the way.
