Pro Twister Mods
I ran my first race with my new PTM 5P Go Tech last Saturday....WOW!!!
Engine had approx. 1 gallon on it when I got to practice on Fri.
night...ran really nice and smooth with the 086 pipe but I wasn't
feeling the top end that I knew was there.I ran some practice on Sat.
morning with the same setup and re-tuned for the warmer weather and
finally got the pinch broke on the engine....then my top end came to
me! I managed to get some mileage runs before race time...1st run
was 8 1/2 min, 2nd run was 8.50, 3rd was 9.10. We leaned the bottom
end between each run cause she was runnin' pretty fat after the pinch
went away. 3rd run temp was 248...I ran my pit at 8.00 min in the A-
main...mypit guy said it looked like I had an 1/8 of an inch of fuel
still in the tank when I came in to pit each time. Engine was
stupid...retarded fast on the top end and had more than enough bottom
to anything I wanted it to do. So far I am VERY impressed and pleased
with this motor and would/will recommend PTM engines to anyone.

I qualified in the Semi Final but had some servo problems in the main.
But zero engine problems all weekend long!
