In news for the "grip or nothing" crowd (strangely, not to be confused with the "dirt or nothing" crowd...
), the new turf's bite took off last night and we believe has crested it's break-in point. It ran basically as a mirror to what you'd expect from NW's turf. In fact, I ran my car as it came off the track at NW expect for a tire change (I still prefer pins at RCP, spikes at NW) and it was fantastic.
They're still going to keep working on "fluffing"/cleaning/etc. it of course but it's very consistent and producing great racing - the ProStock A was one of the best I've ever RD'd for even.

at rc plus? hoorayyyyy! i badly sprained my right hand and am not able to drive yet. taking hand therapy and can do a short time with the radio but not a complete race or a lot of turning. have only tried it in our backyard. believe me, i will be back as soon as I possibly can. i really miss rcing! if rc plus and albany continue to have a truck class, I will gladly purchase the right tires. can hardly wait
