Well, ROAR rules don't actually require a track change.....but if it did, the rules say the track has be to be open for practice at least two days prior to the race.....and no greater than 4....

The electric thing is just that I don't want an electric race two days before regionals....

Electric cars will be allowed to practice the moment the track is completed....

You can buy the single event membership or the full year...

Keep in mind.....the offer I made.

ANYONE who signs up for a year membership at Peel-It Raceway will get a FREE club race and a month of free practice (month starts when you want it to and ends 30 days later)....pretty good deal if you ask me....

I will have mike Edit his post....according to my ROAR guy....we need to allow at least 2 days....

So, when the track is done....which will be wed morning at the latest...we will allow electric practice.....but there will be NO club race for electric.

Sorry for the confusion......I was told one thing by the track guy.....Mike had a different view....and didn't say anything to me....and then posted under Sean's name on accident....and then I yelled at sean....was pretty funny...

Saturday morning practice will be first for people who did not get to run in the previous days....and then open session...

Directions....

I-5 North......Exit 206....head west on 172nd....turn RIGHT at Smokey Point Blvd....turn LEFT at 152nd.....turn LEFT on 39th.....big ass building on the left at the end of the little street...

Hours.... www.peelitraceway.com

Is there going to be a deviation on the ROAR rules about running Masters and Stock with the same chassis? This question applys to both onroad and offroad.

Thanks

Under the current rules, unless I am reading them wrong......that rule applies only at level 4 events....regionals is a level 3....I will check with Randy tonight just to make sure.

Yep . . . EddieO's Right ! The track will be open for practice after the change is completed. (sometime Wednesday 10/12/05) We are shooting to have a club race Wed night - Gas only, no electrics.

THURSDAY - FIRST DAY FOR ELECTRIC REGIONAL PRACTICE ! ! !
We open at 11am and close at 8pm !
FRIDAY - Open practice from 11am to 9pm !
SATURDAY - Practice for LATE ARRIVALS ONLY, then possible open practice(determined by ME)

ANY questions about this or ANYTHING else, CALL the shop - (360) 657-7667

You can use any approved modified motor.....the approved motor list is at www.roarracing.com

As for brushless, the only APPROVED motor at this time is the Novak Teardown...so any of the systems currently out from Novak are legal to be run....

The Reedy motor is NOT approved at this time...

Keep in mind, this does not stop you from running the speed controls.....speed controls are not approved item by roar rules....just motors, batteries, and bodies....
