Welcome to D & C Raceway,
At D & C Raceway we try to create a family friendly environment where friends can get together and hang out, and do a little racing on the side. We want a track that beginners and pro’s feel comfortable and have fun at. You do not have to pay or contribute anything to come out and play, just have a good time. That being said lets go over a few things:
Bashing is free at D & C Raceway. But in order to race you will have to purchase your own transponder. You can order one from www.trackmateracing.com
or you can purchase one at the track for $40. It is yours to keep. Take good care of it. After that racing is free.
This is a backyard track, but it is a fun backyard track with 417 feet of track from start to finish complete with a big air jump, table top, triples, rollers, drop downs, split lane S curve, wagon wheel corner, and a 31 foot section of moguls. We have a lap counter, a raised and covered drivers stand with a monitor and speakers in the drivers stand. The track has lights. And there is tables to work on your cars. We also have a fire pit to hang out by and get warm. A trampoline to keep the kids busy and in the summertime a bouncy house also.
We run anything 1/8th scale or smaller, nitro or electric. Right now the current classes being raced are:
1/10th scale 4wd short course
1/8th scale Buggy
Monster Truck (revo's, truggies,ect)
And a Novice class for beginners
There is also talk of starting a 2wd class.
If there is 4 or more people that want to run a class we will run it.
We also run a very unique race the "bash 50" every Saturday it is 50 laps around the outside with the 4wd short course trucks. There is a lot of traffic and a lot of carnage. A must see.
We bash/race year round every Saturday (if it's not raining we are running). Each year is a season and the season is broken up into 4-3month series.
Series I Jan-March
Series II April – June
Series III July – Sep
Series IV Nov – Dec.
A series with 3 or 4 races your lowest scoring week will get throwen out. And a series with 5 or more races will have 2 throw away weeks.
We race the 1st, 3rd, and 5th Saturday of every month and bash the 2nd and 4th Saturdays. If you just like to bash there is plenty of time to bash even on race nights and we run a bash 50 every Saturday.
Right now the track is only open on Saturdays. If your interested and want to come check it out I'll pm you my # you can call me Saturday and I'll get you directions. Hope to see you out here. Thanks,
