You are absolutely correct. Because I also knew that, the first thing I started doing was to keep moving or stay standing rather than sitting (carved my pumpkin while standing). Sitting was more painful actually. Also did a gentle short ride on my exercise bike. Moving around may get my low back to loosen up enough and so far it is working. Still aches, but I can deal with that. Will keep ice on it tonight. I am determind not to miss tomorrow - been working on these costumes for several weeks.

Thanks to you and Justin for gettng us pit spots.

What a great idea! I hope I don't trip on my costume while marshaling. Do we have to be in our costume all day? I'll make sure I have a change of clothing anyway. I'm very excited and the layout looks really cool. Hope we're competitive, being out-of-towners and all

Default Absolute Fun

Yesterday I had a bash, a monster bash, at the 2013 Pumpkin Classic. I had fun meeting new people and competing in my primary class with a bunch of great guys and gal. I would really like to give the Roots a round of applause for doing a great job with the track and making it really fun for everyone involved.
I really enjoyed meeting Diane and Don, Don Skaggs, Justin, Ty and everyone else that was pitting over near the back door.

on a side note, I accidentally left my wife's fold up wooden chair by the air compressor last night in my hurry to make another Halloween Bash. If someone picked it up for me great, if not I hope it is still down there and hope to come down today and pick it up!!

Thank You Everyone

Corbett
